2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- We will review your claim and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will not be considered.

- Opened or partially consumed bottles of spirits.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
- Personalized or bespoke items.
4. Refunds
